Hello & Welcome!

My approach to therapy is modern, embodied, and relational. Before private practice, I spent years as a hospital social worker in New York City, sitting with people through illness, loss, and major life transitions. I learned that healing happens through connection, in the moments we feel seen and supported. That is the heart of my work today.

In my practice, I blend traditional psychotherapy with somatic and nervous system–based approaches to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and realign with yourself. I don’t sit as a blank slate or an all-knowing expert; I bring my full, imperfect self into the room and invite you to do the same. Together, we co-create space for honesty, curiosity, and growth.

You are and always will be the expert on you.

Outside of work, I’m a daughter, sister, friend, runner, nature lover, and lifelong student of the human experience. Therapy, to me, is an extension of that curiosity, the ongoing practice of coming home to ourselves, again and again.

I couldn’t love it more.
